Kevin Gyllenblad Realtor,GRI - Associate Broker Welcome My name is Kevin Gyllenblad and I have been actively selling real estate full time since 2002, my first year in the real estate business I successfully closed 4 million in sales. About Kevin I have lived in various parts of Minnesota for the past 44 years and have always called the Brainerd Lakes Area home. In 1976 my father built a log home on Clear Lake and I have been coming to the area ever since. I currently reside in the Breezy Point area with my wife Chris and 2 sons. I enjoy boating, golfing, skiing, fishing and all outdoor activities. As a Shriner I continue to assist kids in the North land with free medical help at the Shriner’s Hospital. Our family attends church at Crosslake Lutheran. Education is very important to me; I continue to attend many hours of continuing education in our ever changing market.
